MobilEyes and TrustLink join forces
STOCKHOLM, April 4, 2006 - TrustLink and MobilEyes, the vendors of advanced Symbian OS applications and providers of Symbian related development services, today announced that they will join forces by merging the two companies.
It started out in 2003 when the companies entered a Partner of Excellence agreement to meet a wider set of customer needs and have a significantly greater opportunity to grow on the market selling Symbian OS development services. The partnership has been a success ever since and was strengthened in 2004 when the companies decided to start a join venture in the US market.
By merging the companies, TrustLink and MobilEyes take the next step to become the preferred Symbian OS software development service company on the market. The transaction, where MobilEyes with an undisclosed cash payment acquires all outstanding shares of TrustLink ZAO and becomes the sole owner of TrustLinkMobilEyes Inc., is subject to shareholders’ approval.
