Specifies the serial infra red transmitter mode. See TCommConfigV01::iSIREnable. Note that the IRCOMM CSY must be loaded for infra-red data transfer.

Enable the serial infra red transmitters and receivers (i.e. disable the RS232 line drivers)
ESIRDisable
Disable the serial infra red transmitters and receivers (i.e. enable the RS232 line drivers)
