Fax session phases.

Defines what is done if a fax session fails is dependent on the current phase.

`ENotYetStarted`	The session has not yet begun
`ECallEstablishment`	Phase 'A'. Establishing connection.
`ESessionNegotiation`	Phase 'B'. Negotiating fax protocols.
`EDataTransfer`	Phase 'C'. Transferring information
`EPostPageStatus`	Phase 'D'. Confirming successful send/receive.
`EDisconnection`	Phase 'E'. Disconnecting.
